DESCRIPTION

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances including dishwasher, fridge freezer with automatic ice maker, cooker and microwave, along with all the crockery and cutlery you will need. There is a utility room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. The spacious, light and airy dining room/breakfast room is next to the kitchen and has a bay window looking onto the front garden.

The family room is the focal point of the villa and contains a beautiful three piece suite, the sofa can convert to a queen sized bed for two extra guests. There is a coffee table and two side tables. A multi-channel cable TV set and theatre system are on a cabinet set within an arched feature. Lighting is provided by two table lamps and a ceiling fan provides air movement. Full width patio doors lead out to the covered lanai with ceiling fan where you can dine al fresco. The pool with spa can be illuminated at night.

The master Suite is large and airy with a 6' 6" king sized bed, dressing table with drawer storage, bedside tables and lamps. There are two walk-in wardrobes, TV/DVD, ceiling fan and air conditioning. There is access to the pool area. The sumptuously appointed en-suite bathroom has a large oval bath, roomy walk-in shower and a double sink vanity unit with separate toilet.

Master Suite 2 is another spacious double bedroom with queen sized bed, dressing table with drawer storage, T.V, walk-in wardrobe and air conditioning. There is access to the pool area. The luxury en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single sink vanity unit and WC.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are large twin rooms and have ample wardrobe space, drawer storage, one with TV/DVD and the other with a Disney TV. They share a separate bathroom off each room, with shower over bath, WC and handbasin with vanity unit

Fully screened extended private deck and swimming pool with luxury spa, not overlooked at rear and with garden area beyond the pool, perfect to cool off after a day at the theme parks. Gas pool heating available if required and recommended during the winter months. Luxury patio furniture to relax by the pool, or dine al fresco under the covered lanai. Pool lighting can be used at night.

Lakeside setting with fishing and boating facilities and clubhouse (due for completion in mid 2007). Perfect for taking a stroll away from the hustle and bustle. There's even a fishing rod provided to try your hand at fishing on the lake.
