The single storey, fully air-conditioned villa features:

Family Room luxuriously furnished throughout with double sofa bed, cable TV,DVD, VCR and CD player leading on to lanai covered hot tub and private, enclosed garden and patio with barbecue.

Dining Room with dining table and 6 chairs and a magnificent chandelier.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, 20 cu. ft. fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery and utensils, iron and ironing board and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a breakfast nook with table and four chairs. The laundry room has a washing machine and drier.

There are 4 Bedrooms :
The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and television and is complete with full en-suite bathroom, including his and hers vanity units, corner bath jacuzzi, and hairdryer.  Two Twin Bedded rooms share a family bathroom.  A Fourth (Twin) Bedroom has a Disney theme. All bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes and bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa sleeps 10 and is ideal for two families to share, representing excellent value for money.
