We would like to offer a warm welcome to all you golfers out there looking for somewhere to base yourselves while staying within easy reach of some of the worlds most spectacular golf courses. Finca Elsa is 3 bed 2 bath detached Villa with pool and exceptional views.

This is a lovely property at the top of the mountain overlooking Coin. Approached by track in 3 mins by car this property stands at the top of it´s own 5 acre plot, completely private and with exceptional views of the countryside and Coin. Private pool, landscaped gardens, beautifully appointed interior. Plenty of parking.

By the pool are 2 covered terraces or outdoor dining areas overlooking the garden and amazing views. Sunbathing terraces. 2 lounges, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, one further double bedroom and one twin room. Plus another shower room. BBQ for outdoor cooking plus the large fully fitted kitchen diner inside. Sky TV & Video are in the spacious Lounge and there is another lounge as well for a bit of space from the rest of the group to read or relax. At night you can park at the bottom of the track, and Coin and all its bars/restaurants are a 15 minute walk into town so you can have a drink and drive back up. 2 restaurants are just at the bottom of the track.

Finca Elsa is just 4 minues drive south West of Coin. 30 Minutes drive from Malaga and the airport, 40 Minutes from Fuengirola and 25 minutes drive from Marbella and Puerto Banus. Alhaurin El Grande is just 10 minutes drive away. If you drive to the bottom of the track, there is a parking area to leave your car. A local bar/restaurant is then just 2 minutes walk away and the centre of Coin can be reached in only 15 minutes walk. It is a an easy drive to the following places for a day out from here - Sevilla (3 hours), Gibraltar (1.5 hours), Ronda (1.5hours), Granada (1.75 hours), Terifa (2.5 hours) and the Sierra Nevada Ski resort (2 hours). I have lived in this Villa for the last 4 years and can assure you the location couldn´t be better for a good compromise between space and privacy at home and easy access to the town and the beaches. The grounds to Finca Elsa are covered in Olive trees, Almond trees and a few Orange trees, Lemon trees and Fig trees. Feel free to help yourself!!

The Villa is very well equipped and features a microwave, oven, hob and is fully equipped for full self catering if required. Ideally it will sleep a maximum of 6 people, however a cot and high chair is also available free of charge if you have a baby.

Alhaurin
Visiting golfers will find themselves spoilt for choice, for there are 45 holes in all, 27 which were designed by Seve Ballesteros. There is an 18 hole full length course, a nine-hole short course and also the only 18-hole par three course in Andalucia.
