Our 3 bedroom detached villa with private swimming pool and full air conditioning is on the Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort with 5* Inter-Continental Hotel.

Just 7km from Murcia San Javier airport, the town of Los Alcázares is just a 5 minute drive away and the wonderful city of Murcia just 15 minutes.

The resort was designed by Jack Nicklaus and Dave Tomas. You can choose to follow the Jack Nicklaus trail on Mar Menor Golf Resort, La Torre, El Valle, Hacienda Riquelme and La Loma or you can play other 1st class courses such as Las Ramblas, La Finca, La Manga, Campamor and many others.

The Villa:

We have tried to create a home from home for our guests and the villa includes a Living /Dining Room with sofa bed, dining table and six chairs, TV, DVD player, Hi-fi system and games for the whole family.

Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with ample storage. Appliances included, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, hair dryer etc.

Bedrooms: Fully air conditioned.

Outside: The villa has a large covered patio area with BBQ, ideal for outdoor dining, pool and lounges and a garden area for sunbathing there is also a solarium upstairs

The Resort
After a hard day on the golf course you can relax around the communal pool which has a pool side bar, snack bar and a residents lounge upstairs or spend the evening in the resort restaurant.  Other activities include tennis, and football, there is also a gym on the resort.


Golf :-

The villa is situated on the 9 hole Mar Menor Golf Resort designed by Jack Nicholas and Dave Thomson, but, is also in easy reach of such sites as La Manga, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin to name but a few.
 
Club de Golf de Villamartin
The Villamartin course is not excessively long but has been adapted by the natural surroundings with the presence of water obstacles at some holes. There are a few slopes and hills on the Villamartin and it’s located in a river bed. The main difficulty in The Villamartin course is avoiding the many obstacles they have to offer the player such as a natural cliff and many greens are large which makes each hole very different.
