- 30 kms from ELCHE, where you find the biggest palm trees in Europe;
- 6 kms from the port of TORREVIEJA : pleasure port with casinos.
- 15 kms from MAR MENOR;

The villa La Zenia is only 500 meters from the beach with 3 golf courses within a radius of just 4 kilometers.

The villa is built in the style of moor/andalucian with a shady and tropical garden of orange trees, lemon trees, olive and palm trees.

ts terrace is typical of the area and tiled with local andalucian blue and white tiles surrounding the private swimming pool.

The house is newly furnished in typical spanish style.

Golf :-

Las Ramblas
This course overlooks the mediteranean and is probably the most challenging of the four local courses. This beautiful course was designed by one of Spain 's most famous golf course architects. This course is known as his "Picasso" (par 72). This course is exactly what it's name suggests, a wonderful rambling course through valleys and over rugged terrain with the occasional water hazard, an excellent challenge!

Golf Villamartin
Villamartin plays over undulating fairways to well protected greens, each hole complimenting the other with the hazards carefully placed. The course is well established at twenty five years, this being the oldest of the three golf courses in the local area. A ravine comes into play on the inward part of the course. The 14th and the 17th holes are both particularly spectacular on a course that is always in excellent condition. Villamartin club boasts excellent facilities for beginners and experienced golfers alike.

Real Club de Golf Campoamor
The sculptured greens and fairways of Campoamor are reminiscent of Augusta . The course is very green and lush, the fabulous new club house, restaurant and pro-shop make this course very pleasant (par 72). Campoamor was opened in 1989 and, although not as hazardous as Villamartin, it is the most panoramic of the courses in the region. The expansive fairways, excellent greens and the lakes deceive the player somewhat, making this is a long and testing course with six "dog legs" to keep you on your toes.
