The attractive apartment is in a popular residential area of Cabo Roig. It is a safe and quiet area and is convenient for all facilities.
Set on the first floor, Sea Feliz apartment offers security with spacious accommodation in typically Spanish style.
There is a balcony at the front of the premises with all the furniture to sit and watch the world go by. The sun terrace is set on the roof top ensuring maximum exposure to the lovely climate and is very private. It comes complete with bar-b-que and looks out towards the Mediterranean Sea.
The immaculate communal pool is shared exclusively with the residents of the neighbouring apartments to Sea Feliz and is maintained to a high standard. Like the apartment, the pool was only built in 2002.
Sea Feliz Apartment has one double room, one twin room and a sofa bed. The apartment can sleep 5/6. Bed linen and towels are all supplied with the exception of Beach Towels.
The living room is well equipped and includes a television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board and all usual fittings.Guests have ample space for food preparation - not that you'd want to do much of this on holiday!
Cabo Roig (pronounced cabo roy) is a charming Spanish village of just under 15000 inhabitants most of whom are Spanish! The resort of Cabo Roig is 25 minutes south of Alicante airport and 15 minutes north of Murcia airport.
It is an exclusive development ideally situated on the golden mile to the south of the old sea port town of Torrevieja and is regarded as the jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca.
Torrevieja, a Spanish harbour town, is 15 minutes drive away. Here you will find a large Aqua Park, a nature park, museums, theatre and one of the regions largest out door weekly markets. The town also has several huge hyper-markets such as Champion and Carrefour. There are a variety of local sports and pass times such as Golf, Go-Karting, Water Skiing, Windsurfing, Jet Ski, Cycling, Tennis, Sailing, Sea Fishing and lovely walks.
Orihuela offers one of the best and most important golfing opportunities in the Mediterranean.
Cabo Roig is ideally situated for the benefit of keen Golfers. The three Championship Golf courses of Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin are within 10 minutes drive. The brand new, beautiful La Finca course is 15 minutes away with the exclusive La Manga Club 30 minutes drive.
Las Ramblas
This course overlooks the mediteranean and is probably the most challenging of the four local courses. This beautiful course was designed by one of Spain 's most famous golf course architects. This course is known as his "Picasso" (par 72). This course is exactly what it's name suggests, a wonderful rambling course through valleys and over rugged terrain with the occasional water hazard, an excellent challenge!

Golf Villamartin
Villamartin plays over undulating fairways to well protected greens, each hole complimenting the other with the hazards carefully placed. The course is well established at twenty five years, this being the oldest of the three golf courses in the local area. A ravine comes into play on the inward part of the course. Villamartin club boasts excellent facilities for beginners and experienced golfers alike.

Real Club de Golf Campoamor
The sculptured greens and fairways of Campoamor are reminiscent of Augusta . The course is very green and lush, the fabulous new club house, restaurant and pro-shop make this course very pleasant (par 72). Campoamor was opened in 1989 and, although not as hazardous as Villamartin, it is the most panoramic of the courses in the region.

Club de Golf La Finca
The course, designed by Jose Gancedo, is 6394m in length, Par 72 and opened in 2001. La Finca Golf Club is located near the towns of Algorfa and Orihuela. This magnificent golf course is only a short journey to the beaches and to the "sister" golf courses at Villamartin and Las Ramblas. It is also a short distance from the Mediterranean with a usual light breeze making La Finca Golf Course even more pleasant.
