Being only a short distance from the city of Alicante you can enjoy some of the best shopping in the area too.

Location
The villa is situated in an secure enclosed gated residential area on the 7th hole of the golf course. Very close to the club house which is adjacent to a selection of bars and cafés a chemist and paper shop.

Just 2 minutes drive there is a large supermarket call Mercadona.

San Juan beach front is just 5 minutes away.

You can take the tram into the city of Alicante from San Juan to enjoy
the shops or take the train into Benidorm where there is plenty of life including the theme parks of Terra Mitica and the nature park of Terre Natura. You will also find Aqualandia water park and Mundomar wildlife park.

Alicante airport is 20 minutes drive

Situated at Playa de San Juan, very near to Alicante, this modern, balanced course and was designed by Severiano Ballesteros. The course has a par of 72, with six par-3s, six par-4s and six par-5s. The main feature of the course is the vast abundance of water, which makes for quite a tricky round

Opened in 1995 and situate close to Alicante, the Bonalba course is set in a rolling valley with the mountains on on one side and views of the ocean on the other. With its huge greens well guarded by bunkers and an abundance of water hazards, this is an exciting and fun course to play. After your round the excellent clubhouse is a great place to relax

The 18-hole round has a par of 72, the 9-holer is made up of par-3’s and there is another 18-hole course in the pipeline. The course is liberally covered with vegetation and the quality of the design and the excellent condition of the greens and fairways really stand out. The rounds are suitable to the requirements and level of all players and so it is a fantastic place for all the family
