Sete is situated in the South of France, on the Mediterranean coast, just 30 minutes by car from Montpellier. 'The Little Venice of the Languedoc' has retained its authenticity as a thriving fishing port, which remains the main focus of this wonderful town.

Sete offers a wide variety of activities including sailing, water skiing and kayaking (see our water sports programme section), and many others including golf, cycling or roller-blading down the 20km newly built beach promenade. Sample one of Sete's traditional dishes 'la tielle', tomato and octopus pie in one of the town's many superb restaurants or stroll through the fishing port with its delightful cafes.

Golf Saint Thomas Beziers
With its 18 hole (par 72 - 6130m) set in typically Mediterranean scenery in the still wild garrigues. Designed by Patrice Lammbert, the 18 holes vary a great deal and the golfer is faced with real difficulties. The main impression that one is left with is of a place of peace and quiet due to the beautiful setting surrounded by all the different colours of nature.

Golf Cap D’Agde
On 85 hectares of land, there is an 18-hole course (6279m, Par 72) as well as a 9-hole (900m, Par 27). The course is renowned for its magnificent setting and its technical qualities. Ronald Fream has created a typically Mediterranean landscape respecting the native scrubland with its pine trees and holm oak trees.
