The Four Poster Bedroom : Also known as "Grandmother's Bedroom". This spacious, fresh room has a beguiling romantic ambiance and features a private staircase to the garden so making it slightly detached from the rest of the house

The Zen Bedroom: The pure colours of tranquillity. You will be entranced by the whites and soft earthy colours of this room with its beautiful side view of the sea. The only room available as either a double or twin, its sense of calm will delight you ...

The Yellow Bedroom : The very special ambiance of this vibrant room, filled with Southern light and boasting a lovely sea view, will create a delightful feeling of warmth. It has a bathroom also with a sea view.

Open from Sept 2010 - The Fisherman's Studio : This self-contained upper floor studio with a fine sea view has the advantage of being especially "private" and its splendid light and view make it exceptionally appealing.

Garden and Swimming Pool:  Relax in our "traditional" garden where the flowers don't always grow in neat rows, or laze by the attractive pool integrated into the landscape, the perfect spot to unwind

Location

Le Cap : Outstanding natural beauty": Explore the beaches, and the beautiful "Smugglers Path", walk all along the Cap's numerous coves in the so called Millionaires' Bay. Away from the coast discover the Chapelle de la Garoupe, a splendid chapel with stunning panoramic views and the picturesque Garoupe lighthouse. As you make your way back down, the Thuret botanical gardens are well worth a visit.

Antibes: "Alluring Antibes", just a 10 minute walk away, offers much to see and do. Delight in the captivating ambiance of its ancient narrow streets. Take in the Provencal market with its aromas of the South, the museums (Picasso, Peynet), the Hartung Bergman Foundation, the high ramparts overlooking the bay and Port Vauban with its archaeological and Napoleonic museum.

Golf de la Grande Bastide (20 mins)

18 holes: 6105m: par 72.  In a large shalllow bowl just outside Grasse, Grande Bastide has a North American feel to the style of the holes. Plenty of water and sand to entertain you under the gaze of the overlooking hills.

Golf d'Opio Valbonne (20 mins)

18 holes: 5931m: par 72. In the grounds of the Château de la Bégude, Opio Valbonne is an approachable course through fairly tight woodland. Not as exacting as some maybe, but with a friendly, laid back, atmosphere and superb lunches you are assured of a very relaxing day.

Golf Club Cannes Mandelieu (20 mins)

18 + 9 holes: 5676m: par 71
The Grand Old Lady of the Côte d'Azur. Beside the sea amongst the spreading umbrella pines. Boat ride from 2 to 3 and 12 to 13! Best played in the Spring as it tends to suffer over the Summer months at the hands of "irregular" golfers.

Royal Mougins Golf Club (20 mins)

18 holes: 6004m: par 71 Home of the Cannes Open: so a true "Championship" course, seemingly designed with TV cameras in mind. Expensive, but Green-fees do include a buggy and endless range balls!

Golf Country Club de Saint Donat (20 mins)

18 holes: 6031m: par 71
A typical Trent Jones course, albeit modified by the terrain in places. Wends its way through gently sloping terrain, and around the pretty loops of the rivulet.  Very popular with local golfers at the weekends.
