Broome Park Owners Club on Broome Park Golf Course, Kent, England

As a legally constituted Club owned by our members, we lease, control and manage 17 Suites located inside the 17th Century Grade 1 listed Mansion House which was formerly the home of  Lord Kitchener located in the beautiful county of Kent, Southern England overlooking the Broome Park Golf Club. 

The mansion house is ideally placed for anyone planning day trips to the continent. Dover is 8 miles away giving access by ferry to Calais, Boulogne etc. and the short distance to Folkestone and the Channel Tunnel (8 Miles) opens up the opportunity to visit Paris - the capital of France.

Close at hand is the historic city of Canterbury with its famous cathedral, superbly preserved city walls and ancient streets.

Kent is renowned for its historic houses, gardens and castles such as Hever, Leeds and Dover.

If your taste is less frenetic then the resorts of Whitstable (world famous oysters) and the refurbished seafront of Herne Bay offer much calmer and more restful stopping places.

Accommodation

There are 17 luxury suites available ranging in size from smaller studios (sleeping 2) to a two bedroom (sleeping 6) leased by Broome Park Owners Club. All of the suites are to be found on either the first or second floors of the Mansion House.

Please note that access is by stairs only as no lifts are available.
Individual suites possess either an en-suite bath or shower room (towels and bed linen are included), TV, Video, Microwave, Toaster, Crockery, Fridge and Tea/Coffee making facilities.

GOLF - The Mansion House overlooks the 18th green of the Broome Park 18 Hole, par 72 championship course for which we can arrange preferential green fees.  

PUTTING GREEN - is available to all BPOC members at all times.

Broome Park Golf  Club
The 6,580 yard parkland golf course is set within the 268 acre Broome Park Estate. The 18 Hole Golf Course, one of the finest in Kent, was designed by the well known golf course architect Donald Steel. The undulating countryside, with beautiful views of the surrounding valleys makes this course a good test for all Golfers, of all ages and has a particularly interesting 18th Hole.
